Class structure


Each class lasts two hours hours covering some of the following:

• Junan Taiso (Conditioning / Flexibility Exercises)

• Ukemi (Rolling / Falling / Evasion)

• Sanshin no kata

• Kihon Happo

• Kata (fighting patterns from the different ryū-ha)

• Henka (fight variations/ free form)

• Kenjutsu (Sword fighting)

• Stick fighting including Hanbo, Jo,Bo, Yari and Naginata

• Tanto (Knife fighting)

• Kusari-Fundo (flexible weapons fighting)
